The A.L.A.S. 2009 Festival raised £732 for charity.
The charities we supported were:
1. ACAIA/FLAME (Brazil) charity working with children in the favelas in
Sao Paulo: www.flame-uk.com.
2. SAL SI PUEDES - Environmental charity working with Colombians www.salsipuedes.org.
3. T.L.C. (Tender Loving Care) Home Services (South Africa) - giving
palliative care to children with AIDS (e-mail: tlchome@telkomsa.net).
4. MENCAP - (UK) charity working with people with learning disabilities

5. Peace Mala - charity working for peace and tolerance.

6. Cymru Cuba - charity working to send medical equipment to Cuba www.cymrucuba.co.uk.
To date we have raised: £2,283 and supported 14 different charities.
